On the Poets

Linda Nemec Foster is the author of nine collections of poetry including Amber Necklace from Gdansk and Talking Diamonds. Her poems have appeared in The Georgia Review, Nimrod, America, and elsewhere.

Bryan Dietrich is professor of English at Newman University and the author of a book-length study on comics, Wonder Woman Unbound, and six books of poems. He is also co-editor of Drawn to Marvel, the world’s first anthology of superhero poetry.

Laurie Klein is author of Bodies of Water, Bodies of Flesh, which won the Thomas Merton Prize for Poetry of the Sacred. She co-founded Rock & Sling: A Journal of Literature, Art, and Faith. Her poems have appeared in The Southern Review, New Letters, Ascent, Commonweal, and other journals.

Marjorie Maddox is Director of Creative Writing and Professor of English at Lock Haven University. She has published nine collections of poetry, five chapbooks, and over 450 poems, stories, and essays in journals and anthologies.

Jennifer Raha is an aspiring poet. She currently has poems forthcoming in Triquarterly, Foothills, and The Santa Clara Review.

Diane Scholl is Professor of English at Luther College, where she teaches courses on poetry, American literature, modern British literature, and women’s literature. Her hobbies and interests include biking in scenic Northeast Iowa.
