On the Poets

Colin Dodds is the author of several novels, including WINDFALL and The Last Bad Job. His writing has appeared in more than two hundred publications and been nominated for the Pushcart Prize. Colin lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and daughter. You can find more of his work at thecolindodds.com.

Bethany T. Lee teaches composition, theatre, and professional and creative writing at Purdue University North Central. Her work has appeared in Hayden’s Ferry Review, Gulf Stream, Cream City Review, 32 Poems, Literary Mama, Crab Orchard Review, and elsewhere.

Angela Doll Carlson is a poet and essayist whose work has appeared in Burnside Writers Collective, St. Katherine Review, Rock & Sling, Image Journal’s “Good Letters” blog, Ruminate Magazine, and Art House America. Her latest book, Garden in the East: The Spiritual Life of the Body, is forthcoming from Ancient Faith Publishers. She lives in Chicago with her husband and children.

Brianna Flavin is from Saint Paul, Minnesota, and holds an MFA in poetry from the University of Virginia. Her work has appeared in Relief Literary Journal, Rock & Sling, H_NGM_N, and elsewhere.

Miranda Barnes is a poet, writer, and lecturer whose work has appeared in Ruminate Magazine and AfterHours: A Journal of Chicago Writing and Art. She teaches first year creative writing and poetry at Bath Spa University in England.
