On the Poets

Marcus Goodyear lives with his wife and two kids in Kerrville, Texas, and works in communications. He has published poetry, stories, and essays in a variety of publications from Books & Culture to Zombies! The Magazine. He is also founder and president of the Kerrville Robotics Alliance and an active participant in local community theater.

Maryanne Hannan has published poetry in Rattle, Gargoyle, Light Quarterly, Oxford Poetry, WomenArts Quarterly, The Windhover, and Minnesota Review. Several poems have been reprinted in anthologies, including The Great American Wise Ass Poetry Anthology (Lamar University Press, 2016) and The World Is Charged: Poetic Engagements with Gerard Manley Hopkins (Clemson University Press, 2016). Laura Reece Hogan is the author of I Live, No Longer I (Wipf & Stock, 2017) and O Garden-Dweller (Finishing Line Press, 2017). Katie Karnehm-Esh, professor of English at Indiana Wesleyan University, graduated from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, with a PhD in creative writing. She has published creative nonfiction and poetry at Fourth Genre, The Other Journal, Topology, Whale Road Review, and The Windhover, and writes regularly at annesleywritersforum.com.

Bill Stadick has published poetry in various publications, including Barren Magazine, The Windhover, First Things, The Christian Century, Christianity and Literature, and The Cresset. He founded and writes for Page 17, a marketing communications firm.
